How does the company get paid?

The client pays through the platform and OneTouch transfers the amount minus commission to the company. Funds arrive within 3 banking days after each order is accepted.

Which documents are needed for moderation?

State registration certificate and TIN, bank details, the director’s passport, and for licensed services (healthcare, construction, electrical work, etc.) — valid licenses.

Can I change prices and the list of services?

Yes, in your company profile in OneTouch Business. Changes appear in the catalog after review.
