Order Distribution

In the OneTouch system, when placing an order, the client selects the required service and the performer’s qualification level: Intermediate, Advanced, or Master.
The “Intermediate” category is designed for new performers who have completed fewer than 15 orders or have a rating below 4 stars. Their hourly service rate is the most affordable.
The “Advanced” category includes specialists who have completed more than 15 orders and maintain a rating above 4 stars. Their hourly rate is higher than the Intermediate level, reflecting their experience and quality of work.
The “Master” category is assigned to professionals with the highest level of expertise — their rating exceeds that of 90% of performers on the platform. Their service cost is the highest and corresponds to their qualifications and demand.
Thanks to this evaluation and order distribution system, companies can efficiently monitor the quality of their employees’ work, receive customer feedback, and track the rating growth of each performer, ultimately contributing to a higher overall service standard.
